Join local food lovers and supporters of slow food at the monthly Slow Food Austin happy hour. If you haven’t yet been to Salt and Time, a new(ish) butchershop and salumeria on East 7th street, this is a great excuse to head right on down there. Proprietors Ben and Bryan are putting together a special Slow Food menu for the evening and you’ll find several items for $10 and under.
