• Peas and Carrots: Pea shoots, aged carrots, sweet pea puree, meyer lemon, chili’s
• Ham and Eggs: Dry aged shoulder, black lacquered, curried fried egg
• Chicken n Waffles: Fried quail breast, elderberry parmesan waffle, garlic syrup, thyme
• Wild Game and Mushroom: Venison loin, black trumpet mushroom crumbles, spruce
